Fishing classes will be held every Friday, June 18 - August 6 from 10am - 12 noon for children ages 6 -14 at the following recreation sites: Krumm, Linden, Schiller, Westgate, Whetstone. All supplies (bait, pole, tackle) are provided, but you can bring your own supplies if you would like. Children who attend are eligible for special trips to Lake Erie or Hargus Lake. Register at any of the sites listed. The program is free, but space is limited. |

The event has raised community awareness of the devastation caused by this disease in Central Ohio by reaching beyond the traditional audiences to families, businesses, schools and civic organizations.
